Beatrix Potter Tales Of Peter Rabbit Cookie Jar
This cookie jar is a Teleflora item probably put out in the 1980s. It features the Beatrix Potter characters from her famous book Peter Rabbit. Peter Rabbit stands atop the lid while various scenes from this popular children's book are placed around the bottom. It stands about 10-1/2 inches high and is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs.

Metlox Sculptured Daisy Topiary Cookie Jar
This cookie jar is in the sculptured Daisy pattern made by Metlox Pottery during the 1950s. It has the MetlIt stands about 10-1/2" high including the lid. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks and the colors are still nice and fresh.

Morton Pottery Basket of Fruit Cookie Jar
This china cookie jar sports a fruit grouping atop a brown basket. It was made by the Morton Pottery Company probably in the 1940s or 1950s. It is marked "3720 USA" on the bottom. It stands about 11-1/2" high including the lid. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks and the colors on the fruit and basket are still nice and fresh.

McCoy 2-Handled Cookie Jug Cookie Jar
This china cookie jar, made by McCoy Pottery, stands about 10" high including the lid. It resembles an old-fashion Moonshine jug. It is marked "213 McCoy" on the bottom. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. It does have a stain under the "g" in "jug" on one side but it appears underglaze which indicates that it was done during the manufacturing process. I have reduced the price of the jar to reflect this minor flaw.

This cookie jar was made by Metlox Pottery prior to its closure. It measures 14-1/4" high and is marked "Metlox CA USA" on the bottom. It is in excellent condition.

Elvis Presley on TV Cookie Jar - by Vandor with Box
This Elvis cookie jar made by Vandor Imports (1998), is shaped like an old style TV. It is about 8 1/2" long x 10 1/2" tall x 6 1/2" wide. The TV screen shows Elvis in a classic pose. The lid of the cookie jar has the name Elvis on the antenna. It has the official E.P.E. logo which means it is a licensed Elvis Presley item. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs.

Kooky Klown On Drum Cookie Jar - By Neuheuser
This ceramic cookie jar made by Neuheuser is a shows a happy face clown (called Kookie Klown on the bottom) sitting atop a drum. It is about 9-1/2" high. It is in very good condition with only flaws being a small scrape on the tip of the hat and minor crazing.

Metlox Cookie Jar - Cub Scout
This cookie jar, made by Metlox Pottery, stands about 9" high including the lid. It is one of the most popular and hardest to find of that Company's cookie jars. In the Metlox book Collector's Encyclopedia of Metlox Potteries, the author has determined from old catalogs and brochures that this cookie jar was assigned the number 662 by Metlox. This indicates that the jar was produced from 1963 to 1967. He also attributes the design to Bob Allen and Mel Shaw who both came to Metlox with animation backgrounds at Walt Disney and MGM. This influence can be seen in the appearance of the cookie jar. There is a round black and silver paper Metlox label on the bottom and the poppytrail label on the side (Markings 19 & 20 in the Metlox book). It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs.
