S&I. This handpainted Fenton bell is from the Christmas Fantasy Series run by Fenton from 1983 through 1987. This bell is the offering from 1984 and is signed by the decorator but I can't make out the name. It is a limited edition being number 690 of 7500. It comes in its original box. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or stains.
