S&I. This bell is in the Cardinals in Winter Design made by Fenton Glass Company. This bell with medallions was introduced in 1978 and made on up into the 1980's. It is about 6-3/4" high and is signed by the decorator Linda M. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or scratching.
