This cranberry cruet is in the Mary Gregory style (fine colored or crystal pieces decorated with handpainted figures of children in white enamel). This cruet, with nicely ground bottom, is 6-1/2" high and has a clear stopper and clear applied handle. The image in enamel is a boy riding a bike. There is a gold band around the neck of the cruet as well as a gold band around the stopper. As with many of these pieces, it is difficult to attribute a manufacturer but many of the turn-of-the-century glass houses made this type of glass. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or stains with no cloudiness.
